Minor Updates

Programed in AoE healing spells (Spells will be accessible by players soon), and fixed a small glitch in the shutdown function of eosep that let people reconnect while the server is still rebooting.

    Why can't I log onto the server? I've been trying for 3 days and have been unsuccesful. Updating or full server? Fill me in please & thanx.
